In future iterations of the store features, some updates to improve user experience include user higher fidelity prototypes, includes a checkout flow as an addition to the assurance flow, and offer more options in preferences for the charity flow. Further research needs to be accumulated to thoroughly understand the user, with bigger test groups. https://www.dimetodesign.com/neiman-marcus daily 0.75 2021-12-14 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1639509319466-3V8RMSYMM25CMKCLOHHY/Screen%2BShot%2B2021-11-11%2Bat%2B6.56.22%2BPM.jpg Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636678863672-K6MJ770LEIB4MUQ4IWUY/Screen%2BShot%2B2021-11-11%2Bat%2B6.56.35%2BPM.jpg Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/555aab73-6046-45d7-bc8c-a4354e3dfb1c/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.58.14+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/21eda272-dbb7-41e3-bba7-62502f42ad5d/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.58.25+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/156f044f-fad8-489a-865a-c1f16925d604/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.58.00+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/9de45aff-20ad-4282-9ca9-ff33cdab40ad/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.58.41+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/aa567eb5-2377-4967-a482-b3541e5d226c/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.58.56+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/c696a666-85e1-46e6-9ae5-1d65009f1166/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.59.12+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/792a386b-4837-4fda-893c-753feccd478c/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.59.20+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/0f9ca510-32a6-4354-8758-f7db54926e30/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.59.31+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/4758b5af-0478-48de-9ffb-2fd555d5b100/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.59.42+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636677785259-9DCHS82E0BJKVAOJP07Q/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+6.42.09+PM.png Neiman Marcus https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636679016134-F0AZHOD16KSN3EORSDI4/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+6.57.52+PM.png Neiman Marcus - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636690076383-WV0Z5EE9GP394Y0FW46J/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+10.06.10+PM.png Neiman Marcus - Make it stand out We explored information architecture ideas through site map iterations. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636679297918-UKXJKSYRO64B8BYWJUHT/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+7.06.12+PM.png Neiman Marcus - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636679733017-3DU8AFTJ05IFQSK0Y8A7/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+7.15.17+PM.png Neiman Marcus - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636679846614-J9B4ABE5IGH2GD0IXQTN/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+7.17.11+PM.png Neiman Marcus - Make it stand out Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636680738531-0V293IS1FW3ROZLM1KR7/Screen%252BShot%252B2021-11-11%252Bat%252B7.29.56%252BPM.jpg Neiman Marcus - Testing and Next Steps Using this newly designed prototype we tested the app with testers recruited from our participant base. Users were tasked to perform three flows with 9 total tasks. Tests were moderated over Zoom, including at least two members from the team to lead and observe. Through these tests, we were able to determine functionality in the interface. We made iterations in our design based on user insight and sus surveys. We learned that we had the potential of adding a lot more features that added to the quality of a NM subscription box user experience. Some of our future iterations could include improved integration within the NM ecosystem, include themed-boxes, marketing and testing for a potential subscription feature name and adding implementing algorithim based components within the interface. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/6180511e7c89ba1ee1e143f4/1636680866481-6R9ALASSX3S6QEZM3Y0T/Screen+Shot+2021-11-11+at+7.34.14+PM.png Neiman Marcus - As of June 2021, Neiman Marcus is investing in intensive digital strategy and has already implemented technology and digital solutions to elevate its luxury customer experience. These newly acquired acquisitions will be allocated to redirect attention towards creating a more emotional experience for customers through one of a kind experience and products.
